Legal information
Terms and conditions
The terms of our home repairs and of the use of this website.
Last updated: 15 October 2026.
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the website and the repair services of RÉPAR PHONE28, an iPhone and smartphone home repair service in Eure-et-Loir. Booking an appointment means you accept these terms.
Booking
You book online by choosing your model, one or more repairs, then a time slot from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. An email confirms your appointment. Please give an exact repair address and a phone number where we can reach you.
Prices and quotes
The prices shown on each model's page are in euros, all taxes included. A repair marked “On quote” depends on a diagnosis: we give you its price before any work, and nothing is done without your consent. The total shown when you book is an estimate, confirmed by the technician on site.
Home repair
The technician comes to the address you gave, at the booked time. Please have a well-lit place ready to work in. Back up your data before the repair: we cannot be held responsible for its loss. The technician may ask you to turn off “Find My iPhone” during the repair.
Payment
You pay after the repair.
Warranty
Our repairs are guaranteed for 6 months from the repair date, parts and labour, for the replaced part. The warranty does not cover breakage, oxidation, impacts or work by a third party after our repair. It comes on top of the legal guarantees you are entitled to.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or move your appointment free of charge with the link in your confirmation email, or by calling us. Please let us know as early as possible.
Liability
RÉPAR PHONE28 carries out repairs with care and with quality parts. It cannot be held liable for damage that existed before the repair, for a fault unrelated to the repair carried out, or for data loss.
Personal data
The data collected when you book is processed as described in our privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you disagree with us, please contact us first: we always look for an amicable solution. You can also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
