Last updated: 15 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is published by RÉPAR PHONE28, an iPhone and smartphone home repair service in Eure-et-Loir, reachable on 07 72 42 13 36. RÉPAR PHONE28 is the controller of the personal data collected on this website.
The data we collect
We only collect the data you give us:
• when you book an appointment: name, email address, phone, repair address, device model, chosen repairs and a description of the fault;
• through the contact form: name, email address, phone, subject and message;
• when you create an account: name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
The website also records technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for its security and to measure its traffic.
Why we use it
Your data is used to arrange and confirm your appointment and to send you the related emails (performing the service you ask for), to answer your messages, to manage your account, to keep the website secure and measure its audience (our legitimate interest), and to meet our legal obligations, including accounting. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Who can access it
Your data is reserved for RÉPAR PHONE28 and the technician in charge of your repair. Our technical providers (website hosting, email delivery) may process it on our behalf, only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Appointment data is kept for 3 years after the last repair, which covers the warranty and follow-up; contact form messages for 1 year; account data until the account is deleted; accounting records for 10 years, as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you can access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for its portability. To exercise these rights, call us or write to us from the Contact us page. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
The website uses cookies it needs to work (session, security, language) and audience measurement tools that help us improve it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies at any time; some features, such as signing in to your account, may then stop working.
Changes
We may change this policy as the website or the law evolves. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
